Our story
ABZ Care Services was founded in Plantation, Florida by Jose Gamba — built on years of provider-management experience inside the APD waiver system and a frustration that families and coordinators kept running into the same problems: missed visits, unclear documentation, and providers who couldn't speak Spanish.
We started ABZ to do this differently. To answer the phone. To show up on time. To document properly in iConnect. To speak the language of the families we serve. To treat the human side and the operational side with equal seriousness.
